This Privacy Policy explains how Saman Fathnazarian (doing business as “Customized Software Solutions” and/or “Fountera,” collectively “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you visit our websites, use our services, and participate in our SMS/text-messaging program for appointment reminders and confirmations (the “SMS Program”).

Important A2P disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • To operate and deliver the SMS Program, including the appointment reminders and confirmations you requested.

Text-messaging specifics

  • You can cancel SMS at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode/number. After we send a final confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS from us.
  • If you need help, text HELP or email [email protected].
  • Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • We do not send marketing or promotional SMS without your express consent. Your consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

4) Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on:

  • Consent (e.g., to send you SMS that you opted into).
  • Legitimate interests (e.g., to secure our services and improve operations).
  • Legal obligations (e.g., to keep opt-in/opt-out records).

5) How We Share Information
